Yes, it is! Canada-CPR is a Canadian Red Cross training provider. This implies that we strictly teach curriculum from the Canadian Red Cross and that your certificate is issued by the Canadian Red Cross.

We recommend that you call us to ensure that you are taking the correct training!

Our location is located on 2407 Mountland Dr, Peterborough Ontario. This location is primarily used for training. Our office is online. It is not available for drop-in to ask questions. For questions, it is best to contact us.

If you are unsure about registering, we may address a time for you to inspect the classroom.

To access the online course, you must first register. This is granted once payment is made for your course. Please ensure your name and email are correct when registering. It is mandatory to complete the online module. You will not receive your certificate of completion if this is not complete.

You will be given access to the online material through Email. The Canadian Red Cross will send you an email that holds a link to activate your MyRedCross account. This is where you will find your online module. If you are having trouble with this, please refer to our Step-by-Step guide sent through Email.

Yes, we do! We value any help that we can give.

Currently, Canada-CPR offers Student Discounts. If you attend post-secondary such as Fleming College, Trent University, Oxford College, or Gates College, you are eligible for our Student Discount. Other universities and colleges also apply! Enjoy the $10 discount on your Standard First Aid training. The discount code STUDENT can be applied in the checkout page.

Our student discount is available for Standard First Aid only. This course is taken by nearly all of our participants who are enrolled at Fleming College, Trent University, Oxford College, or Gates College.

Our other discount targets cash payments. Due to the high cost of processing credit cards, we prefer to give you the option to pay with cash.

If you have not received your certificate, please contact me!

The issue may be that you did not complete the online module for the appropriate online session. If this is true, please complete the online module.

We encourage you to check your spam folders in email. Sometimes email will filter contact efforts from the Red Cross and place them in spam. Your certificate may be waiting there!

If you took your course with a Canadian Red Cross training partner, simply log in to your MyRedCross account. Follow this link; or search ‘MyRedCross’ on Google. After signing in you will find your certificate there.
